Can I change my data center?

Yes, We can help You change the data center for all sites in your hosting plan.

If you want to change the data center location of your Cloud hosting plan, go to your Client Area > Support > and Open a New Ticket. In the ticket mention the Server name and destination Datacenter available to Relocate to. You can refer to this document for data center location options.

Currently, this is offered as a free service and we don’t charge any fees at the moment.

The relocation process may take up to 48 hours. Make sure you have a backup of the important data and also avoid any modifications until relocation is completed.
Throughout this period, accessing your mailboxes and sites via domain names may be temporarily unavailable due to the nameserver and IP changes required in the ongoing process. If you have registered and hosted domain records elsewhere you will have to change the DNS setting accordingly.
